Quality Analyst

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Manual Tester with 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in software testing, including client communication with international customers. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the software testing life cycle (STLC), bug tracking, and quality assurance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze system specifications and requirements.
• Create, maintain, and execute detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases.
• Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and usability testing.
• Communicate regularly with international clients to understand requirements, provide updates, and clarify test scenarios.
• Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and other team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Participate in review meetings and provide inputs to improve the testing process.

Required Skills:

• 2–3 years of experience in manual testing.
• Solid understanding of STLC, defect lifecycle, and test documentation.
• Experience working with international clients (verbal and written communication).
• Hands-on experience with bug tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Basic knowledge of automation tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Work Location:

• Onsite at our Mohali Phase 8B office. Candidate must be comfortable working from the office.
