Quality Analyst

Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking a QA Tester to evaluate software quality through manual/automation testing.   

Your main responsibilities will include identifying and reporting bugs and glitches. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills, along with experience in all relevant manual/automation testing techniques.

You will execute acceptance and integration testing and participate in product design to ensure adequate test coverage meets end-user requirements. Hands-on experience with tools like JMeter and Postman (API) is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop Test Plans, Test Scenarios, and Test Data to support development projects, requirements, and design documents.
• Execute test cases/scripts/scenarios on schedule (including functional, system integration, and regression testing) and report defects as necessary.
• Evaluate functional and non-functional requirements for testability and create suitable cases for automation.
• Develop and build a test automation strategy/framework as needed, focusing on maximizing reusability for regression.
• Perform mobile testing to ensure compatibility and functionality across various devices and platforms.
• Identify and troubleshoot GUI/UI/UX issues and suggest improvements for a better user experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
