Quality Analyst

The Quality Analyst position is available at our manufacturing facility in Chhatral, Gandhinagar. As a Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting quality inspections on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products. Your role will involve interpreting technical drawings and specifications, using appropriate quality tools to assess product quality, and identifying and resolving quality-related issues promptly. Collaboration with production, engineering, and quality teams is essential to ensure product compliance and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes. You will be expected to maintain accurate documentation of inspection results and non-conformance reports, assist in root cause analysis, and support internal and external audits as necessary. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a Diploma or B.E. / B. Tech in Mechanical & Automation Engineering, although fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency with quality tools, understanding of relevant quality standards and regulations, and the ability to read technical drawings are essential for this role. Good communication, interpersonal skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach are highly valued qualities.
