Job Title: Quality Analyst (QA) 

Location: Mumbai (Work from Office) 

Experience: 2–5 years Department

Key Responsibilities ?

•  Own the end-to-end QA process across web, mobile, and backend applications. ? 
• Prepare and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts (manual and automated). ? 
• Validate functionality, performance, security, and usability of features across modules (storefronts, WMS, TMS, backend). 
•  Identify bugs, inconsistencies, and performance bottlenecks across platforms. 
• Collaborate with developers and PMs to track bugs using Jira, ensure timely resolutions, and participate in daily standups. 
• Manage version control and QA environments using Git workflows. ? Contribute to or initiate automation efforts using tools like Selenium, Postman, or Cypress (if experienced). 
• Use AI-based testing or debugging tools or be adaptive to learn new AI-integrated workflows. 
• Conduct regression, smoke, sanity, and exploratory testing? Suggest improvements in product workflows, user journeys, and edge case handling

Key Requirements

• 2–5 years of QA experience in high-traffic web/mobile applications. 
• Strong understanding of QA fundamentals – SDLC/STLC, bug lifecycle, different testing types (functional, integration, regression, etc.). 
•  Hands-on experience with Jira, Git, and test case management tools. 
•  Familiarity with REST APIs and tools like Postman for API testing. 
•  Excellent communication, documentation, and bug-reporting skills. 
•  Must be AI-adaptive – open to using and exploring AI-based QA tools or frameworks. 
•  Basic scripting/automation skills are a plus (Selenium, Cypress, Appium, etc.). 
•  Experience testing backend-heavy systems like WMS, TMS is an added advantage. 
•  Exposure to fast-paced product startups or quick commerce is preferred.
