Designation: Analyst/Senior Analyst Quality Assurance
Job Description:
• Graduate in Finance or a related field.
23 years of experience in Quality Review/Quality Assurance within US Commercial Mortgage or Business Banking processes.
• Strong understanding of US Tax Returns, Loan Documents, and related financial documentation.
• Conduct quality checks and audits on processed cases to ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Review loan documents, contracts, and financial statements to identify errors, inconsistencies, or missing information, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare detailed QA reports and documentation to highlight observations, trends, and areas for process improvement.
• Collaborate with operations teams to provide constructive feedback and corrective actions for process gaps.
• Evaluate the accuracy of financial data, risk assessments, and credit analyses performed by analysts.
• Maintain strong attention to detail and analytical ability to identify patterns, process deviations, and potential risks.
• Stay updated on industry regulations, quality standards, and best practices in Business Banking.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders and ensure high-quality deliverables.
