Role Overview

QA Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Understand the business logic and functional workflows of Zudu AI’s voice automation platform.
• Create and execute test cases for backend APIs, frontend interfaces, and end-to-end user journeys.
• Identify, document, and track software bugs and issues with clear reproducible steps.
• Test real-time voice calls, integrations (SIP/VoIP), UI components, and conversational AI features.
• Assist in developing automated tests (Selenium, Playwright, or similar tools) and basic scripts.
• Work with developers to verify bug fixes and ensure product stability.
• Participate in daily standups, sprint reviews, and QA planning meetings.
• Provide detailed feedback and suggestions to improve product quality and user experience.
• Document test results and contribute to building a knowledge base for QA processes.

Who Should Apply

• Pursuing/completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Interest or coursework in software testing, automation, or quality assurance.
• Basic understanding of web technologies (APIs, JavaScript, databases, REST).
• Familiarity with testing tools (Selenium, Postman, JMeter, etc.) is a plus—not mandatory.
• Willingness to learn about cloud platforms, AI, and enterprise software.
• Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
