Quality Analyst Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Testing and Validation: Assist in the testing of software applications, products, or services to ensure they meet the required quality standards.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed test cases, test plans, and other QA documentation.
• Bug Tracking: Identify, document, and track defects in a systematic manner using bug tracking tools.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other team members to understand product requirements and provide feedback on product quality.
• Process Improvement: Participate in QA process improvement initiatives and suggest enhancements for better quality control.
• Reporting: Assist in preparing reports on testing activities, defects, and overall product quality.
• Learning and Development: Continuously learn about QA methodologies, tools, and best practices to improve skills and contribute effectively to the team.

Qualifications:

• Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of software testing methodologies, familiarity with testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, etc.) is a plus.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills; ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Adaptability: Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or similar.
• Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of automated testing tools.
