Job Description Job Responsibilities: QA Following are the responsibilities of a Quality Analyst: 1. Call Audits 2. Technical support background (RingCentral Experience for Frontier) 3. Understanding of Data Center and its components 4. Timely feedback to employees 5. Mentoring / counselling all employees of the campaign to ensure process adherence 6. Ability to identify process gaps and make suggestions for process improvements. 7. To maintain/create daily/weekly/monthly MIS in MS Excel / Google sheet 8. To handle differences of opinion logically. 9. Responsible to keep the SOP up to date 10. Possess effective communication skills with an eye for detail 11.
