Job Summary:

Quality Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and evaluate outbound/inbound recruitment calls and interactions for quality, tone, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
  • Provide actionable feedback and coaching to recruitment consultants to improve communication effectiveness and conversion rates.
  • Ensure adherence to process guidelines, client requirements, and data privacy protocols.
  • Analyze call data and prepare quality reports, highlighting trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.
  • Create and update quality scorecards and audit checklists based on evolving business requirements.
  • Collaborate with training and HR teams to identify learning needs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Flag and escalate compliance or ethical concerns immediately to leadership.
  • Maintain records of quality assessments and improvements achieved over time.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: HR, Psychology, Communication).
  • 24 years of experience in a QA role, preferably in a recruitment/BPO/healthcare process.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment life cycle, especially voice-based healthcare hiring.
  • Excellent listening, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in using call recording, QA tools, and MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude toward continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with international compliance norms (like GDPR) is a plus.

Preferred:

  • Experience working with healthcare recruitment teams.
  • Knowledge of candidate screening and onboarding processes.
  • Exposure to working with international (e.g., UK, US, Gulf) healthcare markets.
