•Adherence to 2-2-2-2 mantra for on-time closure of Customer complaints, dead on arrival (DOA) concerns & out of box audit issues attributed to assembly.
•Ensure Critical to Quality & Critical to Process parameters are defined and followed by manufacturing. Develop & implement quality gates for critical processes.
•FTY failure monitoring and ensure immediate actions by manufacturing or suppliers by attributing accordingly after primary analysis. Maintain concern tracker & monitor efficacy of closed concerns.
•Provide OJT to operators, prepare & display quality alerts. Monitor skill level of team.
•Control plan audit as per plan & effective closure of audit observations.
•Process capability monitoring for critical parameters.
•Ensure product must have acceptance criteria as per field application.
•Core CFT member for New Product Development to ensure product compliance. Conduct weekly meeting regarding the same.
•Conduct APPAP & fitment trials as per APQP guidelines.
•Lead Quality Circles & support team members for continuous improvement projects (Kaizen).
•Monitor & ensure reduction in Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ).
•Ensure Work Instructions, Rejection & Rework Manual is adhered by operators & team members for all processes.
