Dear Female Candidates, Quality Checking Process 1. Process Monitoring Quality Analysts monitor calls (inbound/outbound), claim files, and service requests. They check for completeness, accuracy, compliance, and customer handling protocols. 2. Checklist Review Each process has a defined checklist (e.g., was customer ID verified, was policy explained correctly, was claim processed as per protocol). 3. Scoring & Feedback Interactions are scored based on parameters (communication, compliance, empathy, resolution). Feedback sessions are conducted with agents/team members regularly. 4. Reporting Error trends, process gaps, and improvement areas are documented and shared with process managers weekly/monthly. 5. Compliance Checks Ensure adherence to company policy, data privacy laws, and IRDAI guidelines. 6. Corrective Actions Based on QA findings, coaching, retraining, or process changes are implemented.
