Evaluate agent performance on communication, accuracy, and compliance. Identify gaps in sales pitch, documentation explanation, and customer handling. Provide detailed feedback and coaching to improve agent performance. Maintain daily/weekly quality reports and share insights with management. Audit CRM entries, follow-ups, and client communication to ensure accuracy. Support training sessions and help maintain consistency in service quality. Ensure agents follow company scripts, SOPs, and immigration guidelines. 🎯 What We’re Looking For: Experience as a Quality Analyst in Immigration, BPO, or Sales. Excellent listening skills, communication skills, and attention to detail. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify performance gaps.
