Quality Analyst

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Quality Analyst. The Quality Analyst will be responsible for executing and overseeing quality assurance processes, conducting quality control checks, and implementing quality management practices. Additional responsibilities include analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, maintaining effective communication with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that products or services meet quality standards and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess and interpret data effectively for quality improvement
• Proficiency in Quality Assurance and Quality Control techniques to identify and resolve issues
• Sound understanding of Quality Management principles and practices
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to work independently
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Engineering, Information Systems, or Quality Management
• Experience with quality management tools and software is a plus
