Job Description We seek a skilled and detail-oriented Automation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive Test Suite experience and a strong software testing and automation background. This role involves designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts, ensuring high-quality software delivery, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance test coverage and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Test Automation Development: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using various testing tools and technology like Selenium, Tosca, Provar, Momentic. Test Planning and Execution: Collaborate with QA engineers and developers to understand testing requirements, create comprehensive plans, and execute automated tests. Continuous Integration: Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure early detection of defects and smooth software delivery. Defect Tracking: Identify, report, and track defects, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution. Test Strategy Improvement: Continuously improve test automation strategies and frameworks to enhance test coverage and efficiency. Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for test scripts, test plans, and test execution results. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and product managers, to ensure seamless integration of automated tests into the development process. Qualifications: Education: Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 6-12 Months of experience in software testing and test automation. Proven experience with Test Suite and automation tools. Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes. Technical Skills: Proficient in scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript,Java, C# and Python). Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies. Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM). Knowledge of web and mobile application testing.
