Job Description

Validate and review campaign configurations, including creative assets, audience targeting, and deployment settings, to confirm alignment with client s strategy and platform capabilities.

Conduct end-to-end QA checks for campaign components such as emails, SMS, web ads, landing pages, and customer journeys across multiple platforms (CRMs, ESPs, ad networks).
Test and troubleshoot issues related to creative assets, tracking tags, data integrity, and technical setups.
Use formalized checklists and documentation to ensure transparency, process compliance, and audit trail for each campaign reviewed.
Collaborate with campaign managers, deployment teams, developers, and account management to resolve problems and implement campaign improvements.
Maintain QA documentation, record and monitor recurring issues, suggest operator training, and support ongoing process optimization.
Ensure campaigns comply with best practices, branding guidelines, data privacy regulations, and anti-spam laws.

Required Skills

2 3+ years of experience in campaign management, QA, or digital trafficking roles, preferably within an agency or marketing team setting.
In-depth knowledge of digital advertising and marketing automation platforms (eg, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Mailchimp, HubSpot).
Experience with campaign QA tools (eg, Litmus, Email on Acid) and solid understanding of audience segmentation, data extensions, and dynamic content.
Meticulous attention to detail, excellent analytical/problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines.
Proficiency in CRM platforms and account management software like Boostr, GAM, DoubleVerify, MOAT reports..
