Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Analyst to monitor, review, and ensure the quality of client communications, research calls, reports, and services delivered by the team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying process gaps, ensuring compliance with company standards, and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and evaluate inbound/outbound calls, messages, and reports for quality assurance.
• Identify errors or deviations from the defined process or script.
• Provide feedback and training suggestions to improve performance.
• Maintain documentation of audits and present regular quality reports to management.
• Work closely with the training and operations team for process improvements.
• Ensure adherence to compliance, client handling etiquette, and research accuracy.
• Prepare MIS and QA performance reports.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any stream
• 1–3 years of experience in Quality Analysis, preferably in stock market advisory or service sector.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Knowledge of stock market basics is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).

Salary:

As per experience and performance in the interview.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
