Quality Analyst – BPO Sector
Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular call monitoring and call barging sessions.
Audit customer interactions to identify areas of improvement.
Track and report on associate performance metrics.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance.
Collaborate with team leads and trainers for process improvement.
Provide constructive feedback and coaching to agents.
Candidate Requirements
2–5 years of experience as a Quality Analyst in a BPO environment.
Strong communication skills (English and Hindi).
Proficient in using quality monitoring tools.
Experience in customer service processes(Inbound/Outbound).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Basic to intermediate technical proficiency.
Must be a graduate – BCA, MCA, B.Sc., B.Tech preferred.
Excellent time management and adaptability.
