Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Analyst with 3 years of experience in both Manual and Automation testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our software products by designing and executing test cases, identifying bugs, and working closely with the development team to resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test scripts for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and translate them into test cases.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
  • Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
  • Maintain and improve existing automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, Cypress, etc.).
  • Prepare and share test reports and quality metrics with stakeholders.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3 years of hands-on experience in both manual and automation testing.
  • Strong knowledge of testing concepts (STLC, SDLC, Agile, etc.).
  • Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr).
  • Proficiency in automation tools like

    Selenium WebDriver

    ,

    TestNG

    JUnit

    , or

    Cypress

  • Scripting experience in Java, Python, or JavaScript for automation.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.
  • Good understanding of REST APIs and tools like Postman.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
