Office timings : - Monday to Friday (10:00 am to 07:00 pm) Saturday (10:00 am to 06:00 am) 4 th Saturday off

About Role-

A Chartered Accountant (CA) plays a pivotal role in the Initial Public Offering (IPO) process, especially when a company is preparing to go public. The CA’s expertise is crucial in ensuring that the financial aspects of the IPO are transparent, accurate, and compliant with regulations.

Below is an outline of the typical job roles and responsibilities of a Chartered Accountant during an IPO:

1. Financial Due Diligence:

Skills and Expertise Required:

• Expert Knowledge of Accounting Standards: Deep understanding of accounting standards (Indian GAAP, IFRS, Ind AS) and their application in financial reporting.
• Tax Knowledge: Expertise in direct and indirect tax regulations, particularly those relevant to public offerings and corporate structures.
• Financial Analysis and Reporting: Ability to perform complex financial analysis and prepare detailed financial reports and projections.
• Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of IPO-related regulations, including SEBI's guidelines, the Companies Act, and tax laws.
• Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy and compliance with all financial documents, including the DRHP and RHP.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise with regulators, legal teams, and investors.

Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India - ICAI).
• Experience in audit, financial reporting, taxation, or advisory services, particularly in relation to IPOs.
