QNU Labs - Inventory Manager

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to oversee inventory and store operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing stock levels, supervising store staff, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, inventory management expertise, and the ability to implement efficient store processes. Oversee daily store operations and ensure efficient inventory management. Maintain optimal stock levels by coordinating with procurement and supply chain teams. Monitor and record inventory movements, including inward and outward transactions. Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile with system records. Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory control. Ensure proper storage, tagging, and handling of materials to prevent damage or loss. Manage and train store staff on inventory procedures and safety standards. Generate regular inventory and store performance reports for management. Handle vendor coordination, goods receipt documentation, and issue slips. Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety Bachelor's/master's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, or related field. 5-6 years of experience in store/inventory management. Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and MS Excel. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
