QMS IMS and TPM Coordinator Deputy Manager Asst Manager

Job Purpose:

The QMS (Quality Management System), IMS (Integrated Management System), and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the implementation for continuous improvement in QMS, IMS, and TPM processes within the organization. This role ensures compliance with industry standards, enhances operational efficiency, and drives quality initiatives across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Quality Management System (QMS):

• Develop, implement, and maintain the companys QMS in alignment with international standards IATF 16949.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to QMS procedures and identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure the corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) are effectively addressed.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.

2. Integrated Management System (IMS):

• Oversee the integration of various management systems IATF 16949, ISO 14001-18000, ISO 45001 into a unified IMS.
• Coordinate the training and awareness programs for IMS standards and procedures.
• Prepare and maintain documentation, procedures, and work instructions for the integrated system.
• Monitor and report the performance of IMS, and suggest areas of improvement to senior management.
• Prepare regular reports on the performance of QMS, IMS, and TPM for senior management review.

3. Total Productive Maintenance (TPM):

• Coordinate TPM activity with all Pillars and plants
• Timely completion of TPM programs phases for Key Pillars JH -KK-QM-PM.
• Drive TPM initiatives across the organization, including employee involvement in autonomous maintenance, continuous improvement, and problem-solving.
• Prepare TPM award documentation inline and on time.
• Monitor TPM progress through TPM MIS.

4. Training and Awareness:

• Develop training programs to ensure employees are adequately trained in QMS, IMS, and TPM processes.
• Conduct workshops and awareness sessions to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the organization.

5. Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings through the effective implementation of QMS, IMS, and TPM.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional teams to address performance issues and develop solutions.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement through the adoption of lean principles.

6. Compliance & Auditing:

• Manage internal audits and third-party audits, ensuring effective resolution of non-conformities and preventive actions.
• Support certification processes for relevant standards.

Qualifications:

• Education

  :
• Bachelor’s/ Diploma or Equivalent in Engineering.

• Experience

  :
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in quality management, IMS, or TPM coordination in a automotive manufacturing environment.

• Certifications

  :
• IATF 16949 Lead Auditor or similar quality management certifications (preferred).
• TPM certification (preferred).

• Strong understanding of QMS, IMS, and TPM concepts, standards, and methodologies.
• Proficient in MS Office, and familiarity with QMS/IMS/TPM.

• Ability to analyse data and identify trends or areas for improvement.
• Strong problem-solving skills and root cause analysis expertise.

• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior management.
• Ability to write clear and concise reports and documentation.

• Ability to lead initiatives and motivate teams to achieve quality, operational, and TPM goals.
