Responsible for end-to-end maintenance of 2W & 3W wheel rim manufacturing lines, Nickel-Chrome plating plants, powder coating plants, utilities, and conventional machines. Drives TPM (PM Pillar), breakdown reduction, cost optimization, automation, and reliability improvement while ensuring compliance with IATF 16949 and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead maintenance of Ni-Cr plating lines, powder coating plants, press shop, fabrication machines, conventional machines, and material handling systems.
Ensure high uptime of utilities: compressors, chillers, boilers, RO/DM plant, ETP/STP, DG sets, air dryers, cooling towers.
Drive Preventive, Predictive, and Autonomous Maintenance under TPM PM Pillar.
Plan and execute machine overhauls, line balancing, and reliability improvements.
Lead low-cost automation (LCA) and SPM design/building.
Conduct RCA using FTA, Why-Why, Fishbone, 8D; implement corrective actions.
Improve maintenance KPIs: MTBF, MTTR, OEE, Breakdown %, Spare consumption, Energy efficiency.
Coordinate CFT with production, quality, plating, paint shop, tool room, and logistics.
Ensure calibration, safety compliance, statutory checks, and IATF 16949 documentation.
Drive Kaizen, cost saving projects, and continuous improvement culture.
Lead team development, skill matrix improvement, and shift maintenance planning.

Skills & Competencies

Expertise in plating plants, powder coating, conveyors, ovens, utility systems, conventional machines.
Experience in automation, SPM development, PLC basics, electrical & mechanical maintenance.
Proficiency in TPM, maintenance planning, spare management, and FTA/Kaizen.
Proven record of improving breakdowns, quality, and productivity.
Strong CFT coordination and leadership.
