Role & responsibilities Oversee daily operation and maintenance activities of the water treatment plant. Ensure strict compliance with EHS standards and safety practices. Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports with customers and management. Manage manpower deployment, shift scheduling, attendance tracking, and compliance documentation. Monitor operators and technicians activities shift-wise and provide technical guidance as required. Coordinate with vendors for materials, chemicals, spares, quotations, and timely deliveries. Track maintenance activities, abnormalities, and improvement actions; review with Plant Manager regularly. Manage chemical consumption tracking, inventory control, and spare parts management. Handle vendor invoice follow-ups and system updates. Ensure proper documentation for waste disposal and maintain customer-related records. Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant performance. Preferred candidate profile 1. Hands on experience of water/wastewater treatment (WTP/WWTP/DM/UFS/FEDI/ZLD) plant Operation and Maintenance. 2. Ability to lead the team 20-30 persons comprising of operators, chemist and technicians. 3. Good communications, reporting and data analysis skills.
