Job Summary

The Sr. Developer role is pivotal in driving the development and optimization of data-driven solutions using Python and PySpark. With a hybrid work model the candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data processing capabilities. This position requires a seasoned professional with 7 to 10 years of experience focusing on delivering impactful solutions that align with the companys strategic goals.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement scalable data processing solutions using Python and PySpark to enhance data analytics capabilities.
Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Optimize existing data pipelines to improve performance and efficiency ensuring timely data availability for stakeholders.
Design and maintain robust ETL processes to support data integration from various sources.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to data processing and analytics.
Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing rigorous testing and validation procedures.
Document technical solutions and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and team collaboration.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve data processing practices.
Participate in code reviews to maintain high coding standards and best practices.
Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of data solutions that meet business requirements.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to foster a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

Possess a strong proficiency in Python and PySpark with a proven track record of developing data-driven solutions.
Demonstrate experience in designing and optimizing ETL processes for large-scale data integration.
