Qlik Developer

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Qlik Developer with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in developing, maintaining, and optimizing business intelligence dashboards and data visualizations using Qlik Sense / QlikView. The candidate will be responsible for transforming business requirements into interactive analytics solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Qlik Sense / QlikView dashboards and reports.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and visualization solutions.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from multiple sources using Qlik scripting.
• Optimize data models and Qlik applications for performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Implement section access and security rules to ensure proper data governance.
• Support UAT, troubleshoot production issues, and provide ongoing enhancements.
• Maintain documentation including data models, design notes, and user guides.

Role:
Ideal Candidate

• 2–4 years of experience developing Qlik Sense and/or QlikView dashboards.
• Strong proficiency in Qlik scripting, data modeling, and set analysis.
• Experience working with SQL and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL).
• Good understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
• Familiarity with NPrinting, Qlik Management Console (QMC), and Qlik extensions (preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred / Nice to have

• Experience with Qlik SaaS / Qlik Cloud.
• Knowledge of Power BI or other BI tools (for cross-platform flexibility).
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum project methodologies
