About the Role:

AI Talent Accelerator Program

Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, GenAI frameworks, cloud AI services, and applied AI use cases

Key Responsibilities

Build and deploy
GenAI-powered solutions
using LLMs and cutting-edge AI frameworks.
Develop
prompt engineering strategies
for real-world enterprise applications.
Fine-tune and optimize
pre-trained models
for business-specific use cases.
Work with cloud
AI platforms (Azure OpenAI, Databricks, AWS Bedrock)
to deliver scalable solutions.
Collaborate with mentors & senior engineers to implement
AI-driven automation and copilots.
Contribute to AI innovation projects across
BFSI, CPG, Manufacturing, and global client ecosystems.

Roles & Responsibilities

Ideal Candidate Profile

Education:

Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, IT, Data Science, Mathematics, or Statistics.
Recently graduated (within the last 12 months) from reputed institutions or top universities preferred.
Minimum 8.0 CGPA (or equivalent academic performance).

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of
Python and SQL.
Familiarity with
Generative AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face).
Understanding of
LLMs, embeddings, vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate).
Exposure to
cloud

AI services (Azure AI, AWS, GCP) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for
AI innovation and experimentation.

Soft Skills:

High learning ability and adaptability.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Collaborative team player with ownership and accountability.

Commitment:

Willingness to commit
internship for 6 months (training + internship).
Openness to transition into a
full-time GenAI Engineer role
post successful completion of internship.
