Job Title: Trainee Architect Job Summary: We are looking for a creative Trainee Architect with a strong interest in BIM , GIS , and real-time architectural visualization using Unreal Engine . This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or architecture students to gain practical, onsite experience in cutting-edge tools and workflows used in modern architectural and planning projects. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the development and management of BIM models using tools like Revit or ArchiCAD. Support the visualization team using Unreal Engine (or Twinmotion) for real-time presentations. Work with GIS data to support site planning, urban analysis, and spatial design. Help prepare architectural drawings, 3D models, and visual presentations. Collaborate onsite with architects, planners, and engineers across various project phases. Contribute to design research, documentation, and digital workflows. Maintain well-organized files and support general design tasks as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or current student in Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related field. Proficiency in Revit or similar BIM software. Experience or strong interest in Unreal Engine / Twinmotion for architectural visualization. Familiarity with GIS tools (e.g., QGIS, ArcGIS) and spatial analysis. Oversee the implementation of GIS applications and mobile applications for project and operations phases, including integration with Network Management Systems (NMS) and Project Management tools. Required Skills and Tools Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of GIS/Telecom concepts and software tools. GIS/Telecom Software Proficiency : Expertise in GIS/Telecom tools such as ArcGIS / QGIS / MapInfo / GeoServer / AutoCAD/ NE etc. Project Management: Strong knowledge and experience in project management methodologies and techniques. Communication Skills : Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, both written and verbal. Organizational Skills : Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities. Experience 8+ years of experience, with at least 3 years in project management roles.
