Education:- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry or related discipline (preferably Organic / Analytical Chemistry)

Job Description

Objective

To lead the Quality Assurance function, ensuring all products and processes adhere to regulatory, customer, and internal quality standards. The QA Manager will drive quality culture across the organization, ensuring audit readiness, documentation accuracy, and process compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QA systems, SOPs, and quality policies.

• Ensure GMP, ISO, and regulatory compliance across manufacturing processes.

• Lead internal and external audits, including customer audits and regulatory inspections.

• Oversee documentation practices including Batch Manufacturing Records, Change Controls, Deviation Reports, and CAPA.

• Collaborate with Production, QC, R&D, and EHS departments to ensure end-to-end compliance.

• Monitor and control in-process checks, final release, and product traceability.

• Manage document control, product recall procedures, and market complaint investigations.

• Conduct training programs on quality systems and regulatory updates.

• Maintain readiness for statutory inspections (FDA, ISO, REACH, etc.).

• Drive continuous improvement and ensure timely closure of audit observations.

Technical Skills:-

* Thorough understanding of QA systems & GMP

* Audit handling – FDA, ISO, REACH, Eco Vadis, customer, and carbon audits

* Documentation and SOP management

* CAPA, Change Control, Deviation Handling

* SAP / ERP system usage (preferred)

Working Days : Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday Off) | 10:00 am to 6:30 pm
