QC Manager

*Job Description*

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced QC Manager who possesses strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in metallurgical and mechanical testing. The ideal candidate should have expertise in quality standards, sample preparation, documentation, and inspection processes.

**Key Responsibilities

*Standards & Regulations*

Strong knowledge of various international and Indian standards like DIN, ASTM, JIS, BIS.

*Mechanical Testing:*

Hands-on experience with tensile tests, hardness tests, forming tests, impact tests, etc.

*Metallurgical Testing:*

Experience with microstructure analysis, inclusion ratings, grain size determination, and other metallurgical tests.

*Sample Preparation:*

Detailed understanding of preparing samples for mechanical and metallurgical testing as per standards.

*Computer Proficiency:*

Well-versed in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reports and documentation.

*Documentation:*

In-depth knowledge of quality documentation including ISO, IATF, NABL, RDSO, BIS, etc.

*Quality Control Tools:*

Understanding and practical use of 7 QC tools.

*Inspection & Procedures:*

Good knowledge of in-process and final inspection methods and quality procedures.

*Qualifications*

BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Metallurgy.

*Experience*

Minimum 7 years of experience in the Alloy steel industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
