Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Control (QC) Manager, located in Erode. The QC Manager will be responsible for overseeing the quality control processes of all dairy products, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring production processes, conducting quality inspections, managing quality control staff, maintaining detailed records, and developing and implementing quality control procedures.

• Experience in Dairy Product Testing and Inspection
• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
• Excellent Record-Keeping and Documentation abilities
• Team Management and Leadership skills
• Effective Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Erode
• Bachelor's degree in Dairy Technology, Food Science, or related field
• Previous experience in a quality control role in the dairy industry is a plus
