Key Responsibilities: Perform inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods. Conduct tests using measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges). Document inspection results by completing reports and logs. Ensure compliance with company quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements. Identify and report any non-conformances or defects. Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes. Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA). Maintain and calibrate inspection tools and equipment. Assist in audits and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure cleanliness and organization in the QC area.
