Qualification: B.E Mechanical Certification in Quality Management Systems is preferred Knowledge of international codes and standards Experience: 3-5 years of total experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance in EPC or large-scale construction projects (Oil & Gas, Power, Infrastructure, Petrochemicals, Renewable Energy, etc.) Hands-on experience in QA/QC documentation, welding inspection, NDT, material inspection, and site quality supervision. Experience coordinating with consultants, clients, and third-party inspection agencies. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of EPC project life cycle (Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Erection, Commissioning). Familiarity with project-specific QA/QC plans, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, WPS/PQR/Welder Qualification, and material traceability. Proficiency in root cause analysis, corrective & preventive actions. Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulatory compliance. Skilled in reporting, quality audits, and document control systems. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement Project Quality Plans, quality procedures in line with client specifications and contractual requirements. Lead a team of QC Engineers/Inspectors across multiple project sites. Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with drawings, codes, and specifications. Coordinate inspections with clients, consultants, and third-party agencies. Oversee material receiving inspection, welding inspection, NDT, hydro testing, and commissioning checks. Conduct quality audits, NCR (Non-Conformance Report) management, and ensure timely closure. Drive continual improvement and ensure lessons learned are applied across projects. Strong leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional coordination skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities under tight deadlines. Effective communication with stakeholders (clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project team). Ability to handle multi-site EPC projects with strict quality and schedule requirements.
