Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement Project Quality Plans, quality procedures in line with client specifications and contractual requirements. Lead a team of QC Engineers/Inspectors across multiple project sites. Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with drawings, codes, and specifications. Coordinate inspections with clients, consultants, and third-party agencies. Oversee material receiving inspection, welding inspection, NDT, hydro testing, and commissioning checks.
