*Develop and implement the plants Quality Control and Quality Assurance strategy aligned with company objectives.
*Define product specifications, sampling procedures, and testing protocols for ACP panels (Aluminium Coil, LDPE/FR Core, Adhesion Film, Coating, Lamination).
*Establish, monitor, and improve quality parameters for raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods.
*Oversee inspection and testing at all production stagesfrom incoming material to final product dispatch.
*Ensure compliance with ASTM, EN, BIS, and other relevant standards for ACP testing (peel strength, coating adhesion, gloss, impact resistance, etc.).
*Manage ISO, Exova, IRIS, IATF documentation and audit processes.
*Coordinate with procurement and R&D for new vendor development and material qualification.
*Handle customer quality audits, complaints, and technical queries related to product performance or specifications.
*Lead, train, and mentor the Quality team in analytical testing, problem-solving, and root cause analysis
*Knowledge of paint and plastics.
*Understanding of PT/CCL/ACP processes.
*Familiarity with surface defects in PT, CCL, and ACP processes.
*Strong decision-making ability for product clearance.
*Proficiency in root cause analysis.
