Customer Coordination: Serve as a primary point of contact for customer quality-related inquiries and concerns. Coordinate customer audits and visits. Address customer complaints and implement effective solutions. Maintain regular communication with customers to provide updates on quality performance and issues. Ensure customer specific requirements are met. Manage and track customer feedback.
