QC Engineer – Weighbridge, Crane & Industrial Equipment

Endeavour Instrument is a manufacturer & exporter of Electronic Weighing Scales, Automatic Weighbridges & EOT Cranes.
We are looking for a line-experienced Quality Control professional who understands manufacturing and project-based QC work.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Quality Control Engineer/Executive with hands-on experience in manufacturing & project QC.
The candidate will be responsible for in-process inspection, final QC, documentation, coordination with production & site teams, and ensuring quality as per standards.

Key Responsibilities1. In-Process & Final Quality Control

• Perform in-process inspections during fabrication, assembly, and installation.
• Conduct final inspection before dispatch or site execution.
• Ensure quality compliance as per drawings, BOM, and specifications.

2. Manufacturing & Project QC

• Monitor fabrication, welding, machining, fitting, painting, and assembly quality.
• Identify defects, rework, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with production and project teams for quality improvement.

3. Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare and maintain QC checklists, inspection reports, NCRs, and rework reports.
• Maintain project-wise QC documentation.
• Support Third Party Inspection (TPI) and client inspections.

4. Drawing & Technical Understanding

• Read and understand mechanical/electrical drawings.
• Verify dimensions, material grade, workmanship, and finish.

5. Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with production, design, purchase, and site teams.
• Support site QC during installation and commissioning if required.

Requirements

• Diploma / BE in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 2–10 years of experience in manufacturing or project QC
• Experience in cranes / weighbridges / heavy fabrication / industrial equipment preferred
• Strong understanding of QC processes, inspection methods, and documentation
• Ability to work independently and handle responsibility

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
