QC Data Analyst - Production Validation

As a part of Numerator, you will be responsible for a variety of key tasks to ensure accurate product attributions and high-quality deliverables for clients. Your role will involve the following responsibilities: - **Attribution and Market Knowledge:** - Identify products and assign attributions across various industries for defined attributes. - Continually develop expertise in hierarchy classification to ensure accurate product assignment. - Review and check all attributions for quality and input them correctly and timely into the system. - Update documentation to ensure correct coding and knowledge sharing within the team. - **Reworks:** - Deliver data reworks accurately and within the specified timelines. - Plan rework time effectively and inform managers for resource management support. - Collaborate with Commercial teams to assess client needs, provide input, and make requested changes. - **System Expertise:** - Utilize manual and mass coding systems proficiently for coding and quality checks. - Drive quality standards by effectively using system capabilities and advising on potential system developments. - Learn and adapt to new systems and their capabilities to meet role requirements. - **Operations and Client Relationships:** - Understand wider operations processes and data journey to enhance work quality. - Communicate professionally with clients and colleagues through various channels. - Provide support to Operations and Commercial teams, respond to queries, and offer expert advice. - **Process and Continuous Improvement:** - Propose improvements to department processes to enhance coding quality. - Assist in implementing improvement plans under the guidance of the Executive and Team Manager. - **Team, People & Self Development:** - Participate in training programs to develop necessary skills and apply them effectively. - Support Coding Specialists with queries and technical assistance. - Engage in your own performance and development through active participation in the appraisal process. - Build relationships within the team to offer and receive support, and establish a positive reputation. **What You'll Bring to Numerator:** **Requirements:** - Strong understanding of GB major retail brands, supermarkets, and promotional offers. - Attention to detail and a drive to achieve high-quality deliverables. - Proficiency in MS Office products, especially MS Excel. - Desired skill in SQL. - Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities. - Experience in a previous Coding role is desirable.
