QC Data Analyst - Production Validation

As a part of the Numerator team, you will be involved in reinventing the market research industry by empowering leading brands and retailers with invaluable consumer behavior insights. Your responsibilities will include: - **Attribution and Market Knowledge**: - Identify products and assign associated attributions across various industries for defined attributes. - Continually develop hierarchy expertise to ensure correct product assignment within the classification. - Check and review all attributions inputted into the system for quality and timeliness. - Update documentation to ensure correct coding and knowledge sharing. - **Reworks**: - Deliver data reworks accurately and within deadlines. - Plan rework time effectively and communicate with managers for resource management. - Collaborate with Commercial teams to assess client needs and make requested changes. - **System Expertise**: - Utilize manual and mass coding systems effectively for coding and quality checks. - Proactively use system capabilities to maintain quality standards and suggest improvements. - Learn new systems and capabilities to fulfill role requirements. - **Operations and Client Relationships**: - Understand wider operations processes and data journey to enhance work quality. - Communicate professionally with client service and operations colleagues. - Provide support to colleagues, respond to client queries, and offer expert advice. - **Process and Continuous Improvement**: - Propose process improvements to enhance coding quality. - Assist in implementing improvement plans. - **Team, People & Self Development**: - Participate in training programs to develop skills. - Support Coding Specialists and Executives with queries and development plans. - Engage in performance appraisals and seek feedback for personal development. - Build relationships within the team and offer support when needed. **What You'll Bring to Numerator:** - **Requirements**: - Strong understanding of GB major retail brands, supermarkets, and promotional offers. - Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality deliverables. - Proficiency in MS Office products, especially MS Excel. - Desired skill in SQL. - Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities. - Experience in a previous Coding role is desirable.,
