You will be part of a team that is reinventing the market research industry at Numerator. Your role will involve identifying products and assigning attributions across various industries, ensuring correct assignment within the hierarchy classification, and developing strong relationships with teams. You will be responsible for maintaining specific client rules, answering queries related to coding rules and databases, and ensuring all products are coded correctly and on time. Additionally, you will review attributions for quality, update documentation, and collaborate with Client Delivery teams to meet client needs. Your responsibilities will also include delivering data reworks accurately and resolving tickets efficiently. You will be expected to confidently use coding systems, drive quality standards, and stay updated on system developments to enhance performance. Proactively seeking to understand operations processes and communicating effectively with clients and colleagues will be crucial. Furthermore, you will support Coding Specialists, provide training, seek feedback for personal development, and work towards continuous improvement. To excel in this role, you should have experience in a coding role, proficiency in English, and strong written and verbal communication skills. A background in administrative or computer science, along with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, is preferred. Proficiency in office automation tools such as Excel, including formulas and pivot tables, and PowerBI is essential. Building relationships with stakeholders, coaching coding team members, and managing coding processes will be part of your responsibilities.
