Key Responsibilities

Analytical Method Development & Validation
HPLC Operation, Calibration & Troubleshooting
UV–Vis Spectrophotometry & FTIR Analysis
Viscometry (Brookfield/Ubbelohde) & Rheological Testing
QC Systems, SOP Creation & COA Documentation
OOS/OOT Investigation & Root Cause Analysis
Stability Studies & Batch Release Testing
GLP/GMP, ISO, Data Integrity (ALCOA+)
Cross-functional collaboration (R&D, Production, Process Engineering)

Additional Strengths:

Strong documentation & compliance mindset
Attention to detail & systematic problem-solving
Ability to work cross-functionally (production, R&D, process teams)
