QA/QC Welding & Pipeline Inspector

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Review & certification of WPS, PQR, and Welder Qualification Records related to online welding

✅ Witness & certify Welder Performance Qualifications (WPQ/WQT)

✅ Supervise & certify all NDT activities – UT, RT, MPT, PT, AUT, LRUT, and X-ray interpretation

✅ Witness & certify joint coating post welding

✅ Perform inspection, review, and certification of hot tapping & online welding jobs

✅ TPIA services for terminal/station above-ground piping – BOM preparation, material issue verification, activity scheduling, welding supervision, RT review, hydrotest witnessing & commissioning

✅ Conduct defect verification – coordinate GPS/UTM location, supervise excavation, mark defect area, check UT readings, and prepare defect reports

✅ Supervise underground pipeline replacement as per OISD standards – from mobilization to cutting, welding, and completion

Required Skills & Qualifications:

🎯 Certifications: AWS-CWI / CSWIP 3.1 / 3.2 (preferred)

🎯 NDT Certification: Level II in UT / RT / PT / MPT (mandatory)

🎯 Good knowledge of ASME / API 1104 / OISD Standards

🎯 Strong experience in QA/QC, TPIA, and Pipeline Integrity Management

🎯 Ability to prepare inspection reports, review documents, and ensure full compliance
