Job Description

As a Quality Control Inspector, your role involves reviewing and certifying various welding and testing records. Your key responsibilities include: - Reviewing and certifying Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), Procedure Qualification Records (PQR), and Welder Qualification Records related to online welding - Witnessing and certifying Welder Performance Qualifications (WPQ/WQT) - Supervising and certifying all Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) activities including UT, RT, MPT, PT, AUT, LRUT, and X-ray interpretation - Witnessing and certifying joint coating post welding - Performing inspection, review, and certification of hot tapping and online welding jobs - Providing Third-Party Inspection Agency (TPIA) services for terminal/station above-ground piping, including BOM preparation, material issue verification, activity scheduling, welding supervision, RT review, hydrotest witnessing, and commissioning - Conducting defect verification by coordinating GPS/UTM location, supervising excavation, marking defect area, checking UT readings, and preparing defect reports - Supervising underground pipeline replacement according to OISD standards from mobilization to cutting, welding, and completion To excel in this role, you are required to have the following skills and qualifications: - Certifications in AWS-CWI/CSWIP 3.1/3.2 (preferred) - Mandatory NDT Certification at Level II in UT/RT/PT/MPT - Good knowledge of ASME/API 1104/OISD Standards - Strong experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC), Third-Party Inspection Agency (TPIA), and Pipeline Integrity Management - Ability to prepare inspection reports, review documents, and ensure full compliance with relevant standards If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply now by sharing your resume to taneesha.shukla@edlipse.com.,
