Key Responsibilities: Manage daily workforce and assign tasks to welders, fitters, and helpers Supervise piping layout, welding, erection, and fit-up activities Ensure work is executed as per drawing and project schedule Maintain daily progress and labor reports Coordinate with site engineers and QA/QC for inspections Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Desired Candidate Profile: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant field 3 - 5 years of experience in piping supervision and manpower handling Strong knowledge of fabrication and industrial piping work Ability to read isometric drawings and manage on-site teams Food and accommodation is provided
