Role Description

This full-time, on-site role as a QA/QC Manager (ASNT Level 2) will be based in Vasai Virar. The QA/QC Manager will oversee the quality assurance and control processes to ensure compliance with stringent industry standards. Daily responsibilities include developing and implementing quality control systems, inspecting and validating product quality, conducting tests, and maintaining documentation. The role will involve collaboration with design and manufacturing teams to ensure adherence to specifications and address quality-related issues effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in quality assurance and quality control processes, including developing and maintaining QA standards.
• Practical experience with Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods such as Radiography Testing (RT), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), and Magnetic Particle Testing (MPI).
• Strong knowledge of ASNT Level 2 certification requirements and industry quality standards.
• NACE / BGAS-CSWIP Level 2 certifications
• Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve quality-related issues promptly.
• Fluency in interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documents.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities to manage teams and work collaboratively with multiple departments.
• Experience in valve manufacturing or a related industry is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field is preferred.
