Job Summary

Responsible for ensuring the quality, safety, and compliance of all inbound, stored, and outbound materials in the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming raw/packaging materials and finished goods.
• Monitor FIFO/FEFO, correct storage, labeling, and traceability.
• Conduct daily hygiene, GMP, and warehouse compliance checks.
• Document inspection reports, NCRs, and maintain QA/QC records.
• Support internal/external audits and implement CAPA for deviations.
• Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and logistics teams for quality issues.

Qualifications

• B.Sc / M.Sc in Food Technology
• B.Tech / M.Tech in Food Technology

Key Skills Required

• Knowledge of FSSAI regulations
• Understanding of GMP, GHP, HACCP
• Documentation, SOP writing
• Ability to handle CCPs and quality audits
• Sensory evaluation
