QA/QC Engineer

Job Title: QA/QC Engineer
Experience: 2 to 3 Years
Salary: ₹30,000 to ₹40,000 per month (Based on Experience)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer to ensure the highest quality standards are maintained throughout project execution. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of relevant experience in quality assurance and control in construction, fabrication, or engineering environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections of incoming materials, in-process activities, and final outputs.
• Review and ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain QA/QC documents including inspection reports, test plans, and material certificates.
• Identify quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams for quality-related matters.
• Assist in third-party inspections and audits as required.
• Monitor and enforce adherence to industry codes, safety, and quality regulations.
• Support internal quality training and awareness initiatives.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Civil / Electrical Engineering (as applicable).
• 2–3 years of experience in QA/QC roles in construction, manufacturing, or fabrication sectors.
• Familiarity with ISO standards, QA/QC procedures, and inspection/testing methods.
• Good documentation, reporting, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic quality tools.
• Willing to travel to project sites if required.

Preferred Background:

• Experience in infrastructure, fabrication, EPC, or industrial projects.
