QAD Technical Consultant

Exp

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide

  technical consulting

  for QAD Enterprise Edition (EE).
• Troubleshoot and manage

  application support tickets

  independently.
• Work on

  EDI transactions, system integrations, and process automation

  . (good to have).
• Develop and enhance applications using

  Progress 4GL.

• Utilize

  Qxtend for data integration

  (good to have).
• Collaborate with

  cross-functional and multicultural teams

  to ensure smooth project execution.
• Provide

  technical guidance

  and support to stakeholders.
• Ensure

  compliance with industry best practices

  and QAD standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in QAD Enterprise Edition (EE) (Mandatory).
• Hands-on experience with QAD/MfgPro, QAD-Qxtend, and Cyberquery (Good to have).
• Expertise in Progress 4GL.
• Experience in EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and system integration.
• Experience of QRF and EE customization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle customer interactions effectively.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
