Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements and specifications.
• Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases for manual and automated testing.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) on our GPT-based products.
• Identify, report, and track defects in the product using appropriate tools.
• Write and maintain automated test scripts (using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar) to ensure continuous integration and deployment pipelines are properly tested.
• Perform API testing using tools like Postman, SoapUI, or similar.
• Evaluate and provide feedback on product performance, usability, and AI-related functionality.
• Ensure thorough test coverage and high-quality standards in production releases.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies to communicate progress and challenges.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our QA processes and automation frameworks.
  

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar.
• Proficiency in programming languages for test automation (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java).
• Experience with API testing using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or similar.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control (e.g., Git, Jenkins).
• Solid understanding of AI/ML technologies, particularly generative AI models (e.g., GPT), and their implications on product behavior.
• Knowledge of performance testing and security testing is a plus.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and identify root causes.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  

Nice To Have

• Experience with enterprise-level GPT models or similar AI technologies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with test management tools like TestRail, Zephyr, etc.
