Position Overview:

The Data Operations and Business Insights Manager will oversee data operations, ensuring data integrity and providing actionable insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Ø Manage ETL processes using Airbyte.Ø Maintain data pipelines and data store in Snowflake.Ø Develop and manage dashboards and reports in Power BI.Ø Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to meet their data needs.Ø Ensure data quality and integrity.Ø Conduct analyses to uncover trends and insights.Ø Stay updated with industry trends in data analytics.

Requirements

Ø Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.Ø 3-5 years of experience in data operations, data analysis, or business intelligence.Ø Proficiency in SQL and Python.Ø Experience with Snowflake, Airbyte, and Power BI.Ø Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ø Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
