Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA Tester with expertise in both manual and automation testing to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing test plans, executing manual test cases, writing automation scripts, and collaborating closely with developers and product teams to deliver defect-free releases.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute manual and automated test cases for web and mobile applications.
Create detailed test plans, test scenarios, and test scripts based on functional requirements.
Identify, report, and track bugs using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.
Design and maintain automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Appium).
Perform regression, integration, smoke, performance, and UI testing.
Work closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps to ensure timely releases.
Continuously improve testing coverage and test efficiency.
Document test results and generate quality assurance reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in software testing.
Proficiency in manual testing methodologies and test documentation.
Hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Appium.
Experience in writing and executing SQL queries for data validation.
Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, REST-assured).
Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control (e.g., Git, Jenkins).
Basic programming/scripting knowledge (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).
Exposure to performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
