Job Description

Job Summary

Bluphlux is seeking a detail-oriented QA Tester to join our dynamic team. As a QA Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our innovative recruitment solutions powered by Language Models (LLMs). You will be responsible for testing software applications to identify and resolve defects, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute test plans and test cases based on product requirements.
Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools.
Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and improve product quality.
Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionality remains intact.
Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on quality and performance.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as a QA Tester or similar role.
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
Familiarity with Agile development processes.
Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
Experience with performance and security testing.
Strong communication skills and ability to articulate technical concepts.
